I purchased a 2point5 spec.dock and my iPod / iPhone fits, but is a little loose. What's wrong?

Each 2point5 spec.dock is designed to accept an Apple Universal Dock Insert, a small, white plastic insert that snaps into place and is shaped for a specific iPod or iPhone.  However, your spec.dock is shipped with a universal version of this insert, meaning it can accept ANY iPod / iPhone ever produced -- but that also means that it isn't a perfect fit for everything.  Fortunately, if you'd like a more snug fit for your iPod or iPhone, the insert can be removed replaced with an iPod / iPhone specific insert purchaed directly from Apple for around $3 each, either online at the Apple Store or at your local Apple retailer.
