I would like to return an item. What do I need to do?

To return an item to BSW, first make sure that the item you wish to return is eligible for return. 

To be eligible for a return for refund, the item in question must meet the following criteria:

• It has been less than 30 days since the date the item shipped from BSW -OR- the item is defective and you contacted BSW to notify us of a problem with the product within 30 days of the date it shipped AND it has been less than 90 days since the date of shipment.  (This allows us time to troubleshoot any issues with the product).
  
  
• The item is in "like-new" physical condition with all original packaging and paperwork.  If the item is visibly damaged (besides light installation marks) or packaging is damaged, BSW may charge a restocking fee at its discretion.

To be eligible for a return for exchange (new product) or store credit, the item in question must meet the following criteria:

• The item is determined to be defective based on troubleshooting with BSW (or its associates') staff and is within its warranty period (this depends on when you purchased the product and the product type, but varies from 1-4 years for speakers and subwoofer systems and 60 days - 1 year for electronics).  If you are unsure, please contact us with your original order number.
  

If your item meets these eligibility requirements, contact your original sales rep, or if you don't have one, use our contact form, explain why you wish to return the item(s) in question, and if eligible, we'll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and send you all the necessary instructions to process your return.  If your item does not meet these eligibility requirements, we are unable to accept a return for any reason.
